I went here to redeem my free Shack burger from T-Mobile's Tuesday specials and was having the hardest time completing the order. For some reason the app would not accept my phone number, which was strange. I tried different numbers and even the store number but nothing worked. Becoming a tad bit frustrated I asked to speak to the manager. Thank goodness for Tata, who was very attentive and proactive. Tata made sure the little glitch in the app did not ruin my experience and made sure I walked away a happy and satisfied customer.
Wow this place ALWAYS hits the spot! The food was absolutely delicious and we love the energy and atmosphere of the place when you go into National Harbor. It is super easy to place an order with their touch screen ordering and they put together the food super quick! We also got a cookies and cream shakes which are delicious because they have little bits of Oreo cookies in it and you get little chunks of it when you’re sipping on it! Oh and try the cheddar bacon fries! They are really good! 10/10 for the quality of food, the overall appearance of the restaurant and the friendly staff!

I love the fast pace of the staff, the staff was helpful , it’s clean and it’s a good vibe.
A quick dessert stop... My husband and I had a sweet tooth and went to Shake Shack for their limited time special Trolls milkshake. I got the “Poppy’s sugar cookie” shake. It was so good but very sweet. It was creamy and thick shake with a cookie flavor but what made it amazing was it was topped with cotton candy. Yessss!!!! I will say worth a try
Update 2024 It’s ok now, food quality seems a bit lower and it’s a lot greasier than before. Guessing they’re understaffed as well. Food came out quick as expected. Gotta love a shake shack after having fun in the casino. Perfect way to snack before heading home if you’re tired and don’t want a sit down meal.
